The Service is available to any user who signs in via a supported OAuth provider (Google or Discord). By signing in, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for personal use.
You must sign in via a supported OAuth provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. cyfrTimer is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.

All code, design, and branding associated with cyfrTimer are the property of the Service operator. Your access grants usage rights only and does not transfer any ownership.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that detection results (beep timing, gunshot detection) will be accurate in all cases.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
